  • SB 436 (signed 4/26/05, Sponsor: Rep. Dennis Baxley, R-Ocala) "Castle Doctrine Act."[7] Compare to ALEC's "Castle Doctrine Act."[8] Sponsor Rep. Baxley says his bill was used as a template for the ALEC model for other states.[9]
