DBA Press unveils trove of ALEC Legislator records, emails
This archive contains records relating to the functions of the ALEC in several states (OH, FL, WI, AZ, IN) from 2007-2011. Records were obtained through public records requests to ALEC legislative "public sector chairs." Included are records relating to ALEC legislative & corporate members, records detailing ALEC "scholarship fund" disbursements to lawmakers, as well as thousands of pages of email correspondence between lawmakers, ALEC staff and the lobbyists and corporate interests who finance ALEC.
